Abstract
The Digital transformation instrument provides guidance with practical tools and knowledge on how SMEs (themselves), industry associations and Public agencies can develop, support and enable respectively the digital transformation of SMEs. The tools and knowledge in this report supports the capacity building of SMEs towards the development of their digital transformation initiatives. The knowledge presented are based on inputs from transnational dialogue between SMEs, industry associations and policy makers in the DINNOCAP project (https://www.dinnocapbsr.eu).
