Junior Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager at Frankly

At Frankly, I had a genuinely rewarding experience. We weren't just coworkers; we felt more like a close-knit group trying to make sense of the vast digital world. While I enjoyed crafting images and producing videos, it wasn't always about the glitz and glam. Using various tools I aimed to create genuine and authentic media for our internal and external Social Media channels. One of my videos did particularly well, which was a humble reminder of the impact genuine content can have.
 Beyond the creative side, I analyzed how our campaigns performed. It was about understanding what resonated with people and then refining our approach. I was also involved in streamlining our workflow, introducing software tools that helped the team work more efficiently.
 Every day at Frankly taught me something new. The company provided room for growth, not just in our roles but as individuals. I valued the honesty and down-to-earth atmosphere where we all aimed to do our best.
