12 Feb 2024 - End of Week Presentation and Standup Review Reviewed Faraz's work on user profiles. Everything looks great except we need to add a 6th skill bubble and change the skill proficiency selection away from text-based. Team reviewed state of development relating to user profiles and upcoming sprints. User profiles just need the aforementioned updates to skills as well as updated mobile designs. Emphasised the importance of having designs ready in advance for sprint planning and the need to stick to one sprint at a time. 9 Feb 2024 Attendees: Sean, Amir, Erfan (time was changed to accommodate Sean and Tobias meeting today so Sebastian and Faraz couldn't make it) Faraz - Finished everything except for CV creation components - Connecting front to backend - He and Erfan are coordinating to fix this Erfan - Endpoints for CV - More time to implement over the weekend - CV Devs are requesting that all design changes are made prior to sprint starts. Changing requirements halfway means that it’s harder to make estimates on completion time. Otter Summary: The team discussed the progress of design and development for the new platform. Speaker 2 reported delays in CV creation components, while Speaker 1 faced issues connecting the front end to the back end. Speaker 3 provided an update on the user profile section. The group also discussed the need to finalize grant designs and redesign the project and startup pages. Action Items - Move today's presentation meeting to Monday at 2pm - Figure out best way to display grants posted by organizations - Confirm all designs are complete for Monday's presentation - Implement remaining User Profile sections, including CV creation components - Work on User Profile over the weekend to have it ready by next week - Have all designs finalized before next sprint starts on Monday
